• Unfortunately we don't do exchanges, so please make sure you order the correct sizes.

• We try to provide accurate images of colours and designs of products. Actual colours and designs may vary slightly from pictures on our adverts, due to different enhancing photography images from suppliers for their advertising and device screen settings. We do not accept responsibility for any colour or design differences that are not factory faults. In purchasing from us, you agree to accept the small risk that there will be a slight variation between the actual colour and design, and the representation on our adverts. In addition, please be aware that colours and textured finishes often vary between manufacturers: for example slightly different colours, shades of white, green, blue, purple, pink, red, yellow and different looks and feel of materials. Any returns for a product due to customer dissatisfaction with a finish (that is not a fault) will not be refunded.

• Maximum delivery time is 5 to 8 weeks to reach to client.

• Once Upon a Time Boutique will not be held responsible for any loss or damage. Once tracking number is given to client it’s their own responsibility to track and trace their own parcel.

Payment off the invoice will confirm your acceptance and understanding of our terms and conditions.
